ATS Resume Builder provides an online platform for creating, editing, managing, and exporting professional resumes optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems. The Service includes resume templates, a visual editor, PDF export functionality, and account management features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access

4. User Content

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by ATS Resume Builder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our templates, designs, logos, and branding are our exclusive property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your resume will result in job interviews or employment. ATS compatibility may vary by system and employer.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ATS Resume Builder, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ATS Resume Builder operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
